1. Definitions

• "IDR" or "Rupiah" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency used on the skolla platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the skolla platform, or placing any bet, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. You agree to comply with all terms, rules, and policies set forth by skolla.
3. You accept that skolla may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, and that continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
4. You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the skolla platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

3.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years of age or older. skolla strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification documents (KYC) to confirm your age. Any user found to be underage will have their account immediately closed, and all funds will be forfeited.

3.2 Residency

You must be a resident of Indonesia. The skolla platform is designed exclusively for users located within Indonesian territory. Users accessing the platform from outside Indonesia do so at their own risk and in potential violation of local laws.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. If you are registering on behalf of a third party or using an account that does not belong to you, your account will be terminated, and all winnings will be voided.

3.4 Single Account Rule

Each user may hold only one active account on the skolla platform. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration

To create an account on skolla, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. This includes:

• Full legal name (matching government-issued ID)
• Date of birth (you must be 21 or older)
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number (Indonesian number recommended)
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Secure password meeting skolla's security requirements

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

1. Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
2. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available, for enhanced account security.
3. Notify skolla immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

skolla is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

skolla operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) policy to prevent fraud, underage gambling, money laundering, and identity theft. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Copy of government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Selfie holding your ID next to your face (liveness verification)
• Source of funds documentation (for large deposits or withdrawals)

Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete. skolla aims to process KYC submissions within 24–72 hours during business days (WIB hours). Incomplete or illegible documents will be rejected, and re-submission will be requested.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50.000
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000
• Maximum Withdrawal (per transaction): Rp 50.000.000 (higher limits available for Gold loyalty tier members)

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours during peak WIB hours (08:00–24:00 WIB), and within 24 hours outside peak hours. First-time withdrawals may require additional KYC verification and may take up to 72 hours.

To request a withdrawal, you must:

1. Have completed KYC verification.
2. Meet any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses.
3. Withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name.
4. Have no outstanding disputes or investigations on your account.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

skolla is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. Users must wager at least 100% of their deposit amount before requesting a withdrawal (this is a standard AML requirement, not a "rollover" in the traditional bonus sense). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Example: You receive a Rp 100.000 bonus with 10x wagering. You must place Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

skolla reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Examples of bonus abuse include:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly.
• Using betting strategies solely designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging opposite outcomes).
• Colluding with other users to manipulate bonus conditions.

6.4 Loyalty Program

The skolla loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold tiers) rewards long-term players with cashback, faster withdrawals, and exclusive promotions. 7. Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Principles

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after placement.
• skolla reserves the right to void bets if odds were displayed incorrectly due to technical error, or if the outcome of an event was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• Bets placed on events that are postponed or abandoned may be voided or settled according to the specific rules of the sport or game in question.
• In the event of a dispute, skolla's records (including server logs and timestamps) are considered final and binding.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on skolla covers football leagues including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and more. Specific rules apply to each sport:

• Football: Bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time), unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless specified in the market description.
• Asian Handicap: Half-goal and quarter-goal handicaps are settled according to standard Asian Handicap rules. If a match is abandoned before completion, all bets may be voided unless a settlement rule applies.
• Live Betting: Odds update in real time. Bets placed during a "goal being scored" or similar high-impact moment may be rejected or voided.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games on skolla (slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games) operate with published RTP (Return to Player) percentages. RTPs are independently verified and match the game configurations deployed on the platform. skolla does not alter or manipulate game outcomes.

7.4 Togel (Numbers Lottery)

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the skolla platform and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, false identity documents, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on skolla.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate betting outcomes, particularly in poker or other player-vs-player games.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts, hedging strategies, or other manipulative tactics.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies between skolla and other platforms.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, or automated betting tools is prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money or facilitate illegal financial transactions.
• Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting skolla support.

skolla employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious account activity. If prohibited activity is confirmed, skolla may withhold funds, close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting skolla support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened, and you will not be able to create a new account in the future.

10.2 Suspension by skolla

skolla reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Your account shows patterns consistent with problem gambling, and suspension is deemed necessary for your protection.
• Legal or regulatory authorities request account suspension.

In the event of account suspension, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the balance will be returned. If wrongdoing is confirmed, funds may be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

skolla provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, skolla disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.1 No Liability for Losses

skolla is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from gambling activities.
• Technical failures, including platform downtime, server errors, or connectivity issues.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations (though skolla will correct obvious errors when identified).
• Losses arising from unauthorized account access if you failed to protect your credentials.
• Third-party payment provider delays or failures.

11.2 Force Majeure

skolla is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions if such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, cyberattacks, or pandemics.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with skolla regarding your account, a bet settlement, or any other matter, you agree to follow this dispute resolution process:

2. Internal Review: skolla's support team will investigate your dispute and respond within 5–10 business days.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to a senior compliance officer.
4. Final Decision: skolla's final decision will be communicated to you in writing. This decision is binding unless you pursue legal remedies.

By using the skolla platform, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through this internal process before pursuing arbitration or legal action.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which skolla operates. Disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By using the skolla platform as a resident of Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling laws in Indonesia are complex and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with local laws.
